1. Scope of services

• Services may include translation, localization, proofreading, editing, and document translation from one language to another.
• The Provider will translate only the content described in the request and/or quotation (including formatting needs if specified).
• Unless explicitly agreed, the Provider does not provide notarization, certification, sworn translation, legal advice, or representation in official bodies.

2. Quotes, estimates, and order confirmations

• Any deadlines and price estimates are based on information available at the time of quotation and on the material provided.
• The Provider may confirm an order via email or other agreed channel. If there is any discrepancy between your request and the order confirmation, the order confirmation controls.
• If the scope changes (e.g., additional files, new source text, formatting requirements), the Provider may revise the quotation and delivery timeline.

3. Accuracy, review, and turnaround

• Translation quality is provided in a commercially reasonable manner and in line with the agreed service level.
• We will apply appropriate review practices, but this does not guarantee a specific absolute error-free outcome for every language pair and subject matter.
• Turnaround depends on file format, length, complexity, and review requirements. If urgent delivery is requested, the Provider will confirm feasibility.

Consumer-facing information about the Provider and services will be made accessible, accurate, and timely in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (№ 1023-XII).

4. Delivery, formats, and acceptance

• Deliverables will be provided in the format agreed in the quotation or in the communication confirming the order.
• Where you request edits after delivery, additional changes may be treated as a separate scope unless otherwise agreed.
• If you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, notify the Provider promptly with specific details.

5. Personal data and forms

If you submit a request or contact through a form, messenger, or similar channel, we may process personal data (for example: your name, email, phone number, and message content) to respond to your request and perform the services.

• We process data on lawful grounds applicable in Ukraine, including consent when required.
• We use the data only as described at collection and for purposes connected with your inquiry and service delivery.

This information is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” (№ 2297-VI).

6. Online ordering / distance contracting

When you place an order online, we provide required information for distance contracting, including service description, delivery terms (as confirmed), and practical instructions for ordering and contacting the Provider.

This section is intended to support compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (№ 675-VIII).

7. Language and accessibility

For services provided to consumers in Ukraine via a website, consumer-facing information is provided in Ukrainian as required, with other-language versions allowed but not replacing the required Ukrainian content.

This is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the State language” (№ 2704-VIII).
